（中央社記者林孟汝台北7日電）看好雲端運算與巨型資料庫趨勢帶動商機，外貿協會今年特別徵集網路通訊及儲存設備廠商，組團前往漢諾威電腦展設立台灣館，吸引眾多買主洽談。
漢諾威電腦展(CeBIT 2013)於3月5日登場，展期5天，今年展覽主題延續前2年的雲端及信任管理，設定為「分享型經濟(Shareconomy)」，其中又以雲端資料與行動科技最受矚目。
中華民國對外貿易發展協會今年持續組團，以國家館形式參展，看準近年雲端主題持續發燒，率領博星、智翔等15家台廠展示最新POS系統、工業用平板電腦、網路儲存設備、4G路由器等產品。
主辦單位統計，今年共有來自70個國家，超過4000家廠商參展，總計使用17個展館。1020307

筆電品牌華碩(2357-TW)指出，根據IDC 2012年亞太區個人電腦市場調查報告顯示，華碩台灣商用電腦年度市佔率衝破 3 成，超越亞軍近10個百分點，已連續 4 年蟬聯冠軍寶座。

北京時間3月7日上午消息，微軟周三在一份官方聲明中宣佈，根據用戶的反饋，已對Office 2013三個版本的零售授權協議做出修改，恢復Office 2010之前採用的授權協議條款。

微軟在聲明中稱，“根據用戶的反饋，我們已經對Office 2013零售授權協議做出了修改，允許用戶將Office 2013從一台電腦轉移到其它一台上。這意味，如果用戶的電腦出現故障，或是購買了新的電腦，可以將Office 2013授權轉移到新電腦。此前，只有用戶電腦在保修期內出現故障不能使用，才能將Office 2013授權轉移到新買的電腦上。”
“雖然有關Office 2013授權協議的用詞會在未來的發布中得到更新，但這一改動會立即生效，適用於Office 2013家庭與學生版、Office 2013家庭與企業版、Office 2013專業版，以及Office 2013獨立應用。由於這種變化，用戶可以每隔90天將Office 2013授權轉移至另一台電腦上。這些條款與Office 2010授權協議條款相同。”
也就是說，用戶如果購買並安裝了Office 2013家庭與學生版、Office 2013家庭與企業版、Office 2013專業版，他們可以將授權從一台PC轉移到另一台上。同之前的Office版本一樣，新條款規定，用戶每隔90天最多可以轉移一次。Office 2013授權只能在一台電腦上安裝：用戶必須在第一台電腦上卸載授權副本，然后才能在第二台電腦上激活。
在Office 2013“永久授權”版本的原始協議中，微軟曾明確禁止用戶在不同電腦間轉移授權，而且用語相當明確：“您不能將該軟件轉移到另一條電腦，或轉讓給其他用戶”。這一政策遭到了許多Office潛在買家的反對。微軟顯然已經聽到了這種聲音，經過再三權衡，決定對授權協議條款做出改動。(清辰)
